What is your cancellation policy?

* Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day & local events and functions require a minimum stay of three nights & non-refundable payment for your stay is required at time of reservation.  Also, reservations made within the 10 day cancellation timeline require payment in full at the time of reservation.  No date changes accepted within 30 days of reservation.

DAILY OR WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: In the event you need to cancel for any reason, we require a 10 day notice. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.  With a 10 day notice your short term (1 to 5 Day) reservation will be returned to you less a $50 cancellation fee.   A cancellation fee of $100 will apply to reservation of 6-13 days and a cancellation fee of $200 will apply to reservations of 14-30 days.

FOR RESERVATIONS IN EXCESS OF 30 DAYS: In the event you need to cancel for any reason we require a 1 month notice. With a 1 month notice your reservation will be returned to you less a $250.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days of your arrival date, your reservation is non-refundable.

CABINS  -  ADVANCE DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment in full of base rate at time of reservation. Non-refundable.
 
RESERVATION DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY MAY BE EXTENDED UPON ARRIVAL, BUT MAY NOT BE REDUCED.
 
No refunds for early departures on any site or cabin for nightly weekly, monthly or seasonal stay.

We ask that all guests try to check in no later than 7:00 PM as a courtesy to all neighbors

What is your pet policy?

Well behaved pets are welcome.  There is no additional fee for pets.

How many people can we have staying in our RV?

Accepted Answer

Our reservation rates are for 2 people.  If you have additional campers over 5 years of age in your party, there is a nominal fee.  Limit is 6 per RV.

Do you allow campfires?

Accepted Answer

Wood campfires are currently not allowed due to local/state fire agency restrictions.   Propane fire pits are allowed all season.

Do you have WIFI?

We are fairly remote and some services are limited.  We have FREE WIFI.  The upload/download will work for email but streaming movies, not so much.
